We publicly inform about all stages of the Project implementation and its results.
The Project supports and ensures equal rights of women and men, including in receiving services. The inclusion of a gender component helps to create safe, comfortable, and fair public spaces based on the diverse experiences and needs of residents, draws attention to the issue of respect for people, actualizes inclusiveness. Therefore, there appears a public demand for the formation of gender-sensitive services by ASCs as the closest contact point for the residents.
We provide expert support to hromadas, which then use the gained knowledge and skills in their daily work and implement systemic changes to improve service delivery to residents. Hromadas remain effective, client-centered, and gender-responsive.
